Our standard delivery takes 7 days and costs £3.95.
Alternatively we have our express service which will deliver within 48 working day hours and costs £6.95. If you order before midday between Monday to Friday, you will usually get your parcel on the next day.
All delivery times are subject to stock status and require a signature on receipt.
Your credit/debit card details are taken and authorised at the time of your order, however the funds will not be released until the day the parcel is despatched.
Yes you can. We have a 14 days approval time during which you can return most items for exchange or refund. Your parcel will contain full information on how to return items. Refunds will be given by the same method as the original payment. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition for them to be accepted.
We regret that unless the items are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for the following items: hosiery, socks, garters, and gloves.
If all of your order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. In this instance you can be assured that we never take payment until the day your parcel is despatched. If only part of your order is out of stock we will try to substitute it with a suitable replacement. If this is not possible we will inform you as soon as we can.
Your card receipt and invoice can be found in the 'documents enclosed' wallet on the front of your parcel.
We have a showroom at the head office of our sister company Henry Kaye which is open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can find us at 47 Dartford Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 3TE. You can either pop in at your leisure or if you prefer, give us a call on 0845 345 5464 to make an appointment. Find us on Multimap for directions. There is free 2 hour parking in the local area and we are buggy friendly. We can take card or cash payments. All our range is on display for you to browse and buy. If we happen not to have the correct size, we can take orders which can be collected at a later date.
